Payment terms
- A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required after Angel One Travel confirms transportation, boat service, local accommodation and other tour services. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. For bookings confirmed within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation. The booking is secured only after Angel One Travel receives the required payment.
Booking conditions
- To confirm a booking, guests must provide the departure date, number of adults and children, each child’s age, booking contact name, phone or Zalo number, hotel name or pickup address in Da Nang, and any accommodation, meal or special-service requests. A booking is considered confirmed only after Angel One Travel checks service availability and sends the tour confirmation to the guest.
Change or cancellation note
- As the 2-day-1-night Phu Ninh tour uses several pre-booked services including transportation, boat service, local accommodation and meals, all date-change or cancellation requests are subject to service availability. Date changes depend on the availability of the homestay, transportation and other booked services. Any price difference resulting from a date or service change must be paid by the guest.
