Payment terms
- Guests are required to pay a 30% deposit of the total booking value after Angel One Travel confirms availability. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. For bookings confirmed within 24 hours of departure, 100% of the total tour value must be paid upon booking confirmation. The booking is secured only after Angel One Travel receives the required payment.
Booking conditions
- To confirm a booking, guests must provide: travel date; number of adults; number of children; height of each child; booking contact name; phone number or Zalo contact; and hotel name or pickup address in Da Nang. A booking is considered confirmed only after Angel One Travel checks availability and sends the tour confirmation to the guest.
Change or cancellation note
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before departure: free of charge. Cancellation from 24 to 72 hours before departure: 30% of the total tour value. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 50% of the total tour value. For no-shows, failure to arrive at the pickup point on time, or cancellation after the tour has started: 100% of the total tour value will be charged and no refund will be provided. Date changes are supported when requested more than 72 hours before departure and subject to availability; any fare difference, if applicable, must be paid by the guest.
