Child policy
- Trẻ dưới 1m: miễn phí vé tham quan theo chính sách của khu du lịch và sử dụng chung các dịch vụ tiêu chuẩn với người lớn đi cùng. Trẻ từ 1m đến dưới 1,4m: áp dụng giá trẻ em theo gói đã chọn, mức tham khảo từ 230.000đ/trẻ. Trẻ từ 1,4m trở lên: áp dụng giá như người lớn. Chiều cao trẻ được xác định theo chiều cao thực tế tại cổng kiểm soát của khu du lịch. Payment terms
- A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required after Angel One Travel confirms availability, transportation and the selected service package. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 8:00 PM on the day before departure. For bookings confirmed within 24 hours of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation. The booking is secured only after Angel One Travel receives the required payment. If certain attraction tickets or services require full advance payment, Angel One Travel will inform the guest in advance.
Booking conditions
- To confirm a booking, guests must provide the departure date, number of adults, number of children, each child’s height, preferred service package, booking contact name, phone or Zalo number, and hotel name or pickup address in Da Nang. Guests wishing to use Ngoc Rong Glass Bridge, cable car, lunch/buffet or other optional services should advise Angel One Travel at the time of booking so availability and the correct price can be confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed only after Angel One Travel checks availability and sends the tour confirmation to the guest.
Change or cancellation note
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are free of charge for services that have not yet incurred costs or been ticketed. Any issued tickets, supplier-paid services or non-refundable services will be deducted at actual cost. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure are subject to a 30% cancellation fee plus any non-refundable costs already incurred. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus any non-refundable services. No-shows, failure to arrive at the pickup point on time or cancellations after the tour has started are charged 100% and are non-refundable. Date changes are supported when requested more than 72 hours in advance and the new date is available; guests are responsible for any price difference and costs arising from tickets or services already confirmed.
